Angels Landing

Prominently situated in the Bunker Hill neighborhood in Downtown Los Angeles, Angels Landing will be a mixed-use, transit-friendly iconic urban development consisting of 1,900,000 square feet. Once completed, the site will boast the tallest building in the Western U.S., consisting of 88 floors and standing at 1,000 feet tall. Located over the Pershing Square Metro Station, our development will create a better experience for commuters and pedestrians by increasing accessibility to site. Angels Landing will increase pedestrian flow and activity, engage the public, and activate the surrounding neighborhood. 

The site will include two hotels, 425 apartments (including affordable housing units), approximately 125 condos, an elementary charter school serving K through Grade 5, nearly 45,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and more than 50,000 square feet of publicly accessible open space, including a 25,000 SF central outdoor gathering space for year-round events called “Angels Terrace”.
