This proposed project will be a significant addition to Durham's urban landscape, featuring over 1 million square feet of integrated spaces. It includes a 100-room boutique hotel, 381 residential units (combining market-rate and affordable housing), 26 condos, and 254,970 square feet of commercial space for lab/life sciences, office, and retail, along with ample parking.

A highlight of the project is the preservation and adaptive reuse of the historic Milton Small building, transforming it into a boutique hotel, while maintaining a strong emphasis on historic preservation, public art, and meaningful community engagement.
