975 Boylston Street

BOSTON, MA

600,000 SF | Ultra-Luxury Residential and Affordable Housing

In a Public-Private Partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, The Peebles Corporation is developing a critical intersection of Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood. Located at 975 Boylston Street, adjacent to the Berklee College of Music, the proposed ultra-luxury residential landmark development will be the company’s first in Boston.

The project will link the Back Bay and Fenway neighborhoods and compliment the vibrant Newbery Street corridor with its distinctive design and diverse mix of uses. 975 Boylston will feature ultra-luxury residences, co-located with an affordable housing component, as well as retail offerings and amenities. In addition, and as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering innovative results for the communities in which it builds, the project’s transit-oriented design will include a new, universally accessible, state-of-the-art Hynes MBTA Station.
