Brooklyn Village

Located in the heart of a historic neighborhood within Uptown Charlotte, NC and ideally positioned between CBD and key suburbs outside of the loop, Brooklyn Village will be a mixed-use, transit-friendly “urban village” development consisting of 3,000,000 gross square feet, including apartments, hotels, office space, and ground-level retail. We will pay homage to the historic Brooklyn neighborhood by redeveloping the site and returning it to community use in an effort to contribute to the economic and social vitality of Uptown Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
