Daniel Newhouse

Senior associate for development and investments

Mr. Newhouse is responsible for originating, underwriting, and structuring potential investment opportunities. His focus includes high-rise developments in large urban markets. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Newhouse served as Managing Director of West Coast Assets for one of the country’s largest privately held real estate firms.  During his tenure, his team successfully entitled a billion dollar, 1.4 million square foot mixed-use development project in Los Angeles, CA.  Mr. Newhouse has also held numerous banking positions with leading institutions. 

Mr. Newhouse holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University.
