Carlos A. Rivera is an experienced finance executive with over 11 years of real estate experience in the United States and Caribbean. Mr. Rivera is Controller for The Peebles Corporation and is responsible for all finance and accounting-related activities for the firm. His responsibilities include implementation of financial strategies, internal audits, systems enhancements and policies and procedures documentation.

Mr. Rivera’s background includes corporate restructuring and reengineering, strategic business planning, corporate financing and budgetary oversight.

Mr. Rivera is a graduate of Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
